Requesting a Ride

SoGa-Go provides both on-demand rides and scheduled reservations.

On-demand rides are available during active dispatch hours.
Reservations can be requested at any time for pickup later the same day or on a future date.

All ride requests are reviewed before confirmation.

Dispatch Review and Confirmation

Every request is reviewed by a human dispatcher.

If a ride can be completed reliably, it will be confirmed.
If it cannot, the request will be declined clearly and promptly.

We do not accept rides we are not prepared to complete well.

Driver Assignment

Once a ride is confirmed, a driver is assigned.

Driver and vehicle details are shared only when they are relevant to the trip.
For rides booked by a third party, passengers receive trip details without access to pricing or payment information.

Pickup and Ride

Pickup instructions and arrival timing are provided on the trip page.

Location updates are used to support accurate pickups and smooth coordination.
The ride begins once both the driver and passenger are present at the pickup location.

Completion and Payment

Payment is finalized after the ride is completed.

Receipts are issued automatically.
If questions arise, support is available to assist.
