SoGa-Go ("SoGa-Go," "we," "our," or "us") is a local ride referral network in South Georgia. Rides booked through SoGa-Go are provided by independent local drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information this website, soga-go.com, collects and how it is used.

1. Booking a ride happens on our booking page

Ride requests are not made on soga-go.com. When you choose "Book a ride," you go to our booking page at book.soga-go.com, which runs on the SOLODRIVE.PRO platform. That page collects what is needed to arrange your ride, such as your name, phone number, pickup and dropoff locations, and your location, and it handles text-message consent and any payment. That information is collected and used under the SOLODRIVE.PRO Terms and Privacy Policy, which you will see on the booking page before you submit a request.

2. Information this website collects

Driver messages. If you send us a note through our driver contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details you provide about yourself and your vehicle. We use it only to answer you and contact you about it.

Website analytics. We use Google tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use this website. This may include pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region). These tools do not give us your name, phone number or email address.

3. How we use information

We use the information this website collects to answer driver messages, contact the drivers who sent them, understand how the website is used, and improve it. We do not sell personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers we use to run this website: Google (analytics and tag management). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect safety, rights or property.

5. How long we keep it

We keep driver message information as long as needed to answer the message and for legal and record-keeping needs. Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings.

6. Your choices

You can choose not to fill in our forms. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and you can use Google's ad-preference tools. Choices about ride texts and ride data are made on the booking page, under the SOLODRIVE.PRO Terms and Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
