Matching and Confirmation
SoGa-Go matches your request with a local independent driver.
The driver confirms the ride and its price. If no driver can take it, you are told clearly and promptly.
A request is not a booking until a driver confirms it.
Your Driver
Once a driver confirms, that driver is the one who gives you the ride. The ride is between you and the driver.
Driver and vehicle details are shared only when they are relevant to the trip. For rides booked by a third party, passengers receive trip details without access to pricing or payment information.
Pickup and Ride
Pickup instructions and arrival timing are provided on the trip page.
Location updates are used to support accurate pickups and smooth coordination. The ride begins once both the driver and passenger are present at the pickup location.
Completion and Payment
Payment is finalized after the ride is completed. You pay your driver for the ride.
Receipts are issued automatically. If questions arise, support is available to assist.
