How do I book a ride?
Open our booking page at book.soga-go.com. Enter your name, phone, pickup and dropoff, then choose Leave now or Reserve. SoGa-Go matches the request with a local independent driver, the driver confirms it, and you get a text with a link to your trip page.
Who provides my ride?
Your ride is provided by an independent local driver, not by SoGa-Go. SoGa-Go is a local referral network that matches you with a driver who runs their own ride business on SOLODRIVE.PRO.
Can I schedule a ride ahead of time?
Yes. Choose Reserve and pick the date and time. Reserve ahead for airport rides, medical appointments and early starts.
Is my ride confirmed as soon as I send it?
No. A request is not a booking until your driver confirms it. That way you know a driver is set before you count on the ride.
How and when do I pay?
Your driver confirms the trip and its price before it is booked. You are not charged until your driver confirms, and you pay your driver for the ride. Your trip page shows the details.
What area can I book rides in?
Valdosta and Lowndes County, including Hahira, Lake Park and Clyattville. Requests are also taken for Adel, Lakeland, Moultrie, Nashville, Quitman, Statenville and Thomasville. For a longer trip, send the request and you will be told whether a driver is available.
Can I book rides to Moody AFB and VSU?

Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Put the rider's name in the trip notes. The text with the trip link goes to the phone number you enter.
Will I get texts?
You get texts about your ride, including the link to your trip page. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
